There are sliding doors from the lounge area out into the garden area. There is also an outdoor dining table on the side of the house outside the kitchen window.

The backyard is private and all yours to enjoy. Note, it isn't fully fenced but it is at the end of a long driveway so is a safe and private space.

Five minute walk to Jackson Street local bus stop or ten minutes to Petone train station.
Internal access garage plus room for a further two cars in the driveway.
5 minute drive to central Lower Hutt and 15 minute drive to Wellington CBD.
